The time scale payment is the following one:

5% - Deposit to the notary (it will be a money transfer unless you have a bank account in France already)

20% -When works start – few months after you signed the booking contract 

10% - When the foundations are completed

20% - At the completion of the Ground floor

15% - At the completion of the higher level

10% - When exterior fittings complete

10% - When interior walls are complete
