The Terms

These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Overseas Real Estate , trading as Overseas Real Estate in relation to their subject matter.
Any inspection trip you purchase using this website, which is confirmed in accordance with these terms and conditions, will constitute a legal agreement between you and the overseas operator.

Accuracy

Overseas Real Estate does not warrant that the information accessible via this web site is accurate. The information that we display is derived from a number of sources including the literature of overseas operators whose inspection trips we sell as agents. Whilst great care is taken to try to ensure accuracy, services and facilities may change or be withdrawn.

Pricing

All inspection trip packages are subject to availability and price changes prior to confirmation of your booking. A final costing will be provided once all customer details have been entered, but before payment is collected.
Please note: although we regularly update and check the price of all advertised inspection trip packages, we cannot guarantee the availability of any inspection trip at an advertised price, as prices can change more frequently than our database is updated.
As with most overseas operating companies, we may charge a 2% per transaction handling fee, up to a maximum charge of £30, for payment by Visa or Mastercard. This charge does not apply to payments made by Delta, Solo or Switch.
